Therefore, we already had possessed the ISO 9001:2008 in our company. Forward thinking, we had successfully migrated to the newest ISO 9001 version, namely ISO 9001:2015. The upgrade happened in the 2018’s second semester e reflects MEC NC’s compromise on a corporative environment which grows more and more demanding and dynamic. We did not stop there. We have entered into a contract with an external consultancy, SIM CONSULTORIA, in order to follow all the processes, from sale to delivery and due satisfaction survey with the client. Weekly visits are part of this contract to follow up, improve processes, performance indicators, and ensure compliance with internal company rules. This reaffirms how aligned we are with the most advanced market practices and concerned about the rigor in each of our activities. Nevertheless, what are the main benefits of such a migration?
